2. Due Diligence

When investing money, nothing is 0% risk. We commit to making sure to minimize risk as best we can by vetting each borrower and deal ourselves so it's as low risk as possible. We get a note and a deed of trust to secure our first lien position. Plus we have our own skin in the game in each deal we do, so we wouldn't have you invest in anything we're not invested in!
